Coyote Springs

There is a great deal of activity going on out there! This new development plans to be home to as many 150,000 residents.

This will require approximately 75,000 acre feet of water rights. Hearings are now underway. The question about where this water will come from remains to be answered.

Sewage treatment is another hurdle to over come for this project.

Construction on the golf course and club house are well under way, yet many unanswered qustions remain.
